**About the role**:
We are currently looking for an experienced Painting Foreman to join the team in Palmerston North and take on a leadership role within the team.

Business is growing rapidly, and in this role, you will effectively complete commercial painting projects according to the client's requirements while following health and safety guidelines, alongside leading a small team of tradespeople. This is a great opportunity to join an established, close-knit, high-performing team.

All the tools of the trade including a work vehicle

5+ years of painting experience in a commercial environment

Must be trade certified or willing to complete trade certification

Can lead, support, and drive a team to meet deadlines

Drives a culture of Health and Safety awareness

Good communication with management, other team members, and all clients

Have a desire to put their skills to use in a team environment
