**He Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the Role**

The security service is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for staff, patients and visitors.

We are seeking permanent full-time Security Officers to join our tight knit and highly regarded security team at Whakatāne Hospital. Hours to be worked for these positions are 40 hours per week.

**He Korero mōu - About You**
- Security experience
- Customer service experience
- High level of personal presentation
- Good written and oral communication skills
- A genuine desire to help people and work in a hospital setting
- Able to pass a Health and Police check
- Hold a clean and full NZ driver's license
- Able to make sound decisions when under pressure
- Commitment to work rostered shifts (i.e. day, afternoon and night)
- Work as part of a team
- Physically fit
