AFFCO provides the world with New Zealand’s finest premium beef and lamb products. We serve over 80 markets globally, supported by an operation which includes twelve processing plants throughout New Zealand. We are currently seeking a passionate Compliance Verifier to join our compliance team based at our Rangiuru plant, located in Paengaroa.

The Compliance Verifier ensures that the site adheres to all quality and compliance programmes (HACCP, RMP, and other supporting programmes) and works with plant staff to make certain that the plant remains compliant with NZ and overseas regulatory requirements at all times.
- A documented QA qualification in auditing and verification
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent computer skills in excel, word and outlook.

**The positions' purpose is**:

- To ensure compliance with various aspects of Regulatory, Company and Customer requirements.
- To ensure, where there are areas of non-conformance that these are identified, controlled and corrected
- To ensure excellence in service, customer delivery, safety, specification, hygiene and quality standards while meeting all regulatory requirements.
- To assist the Compliance Manager in the overall coordination and verification of the company site systems for regulatory, customer and environmental compliance.

The monitoring and/or verification of compliance within the slaughter floors, offal rooms and food support areas associated with these rooms and any other tasks as defined by the Compliance Manager.
