**About the role**

Working as part of our diverse Support Services team, the Grounds Attendant will Provide high quality and professional maintenance and cleaning services to assist in the upkeep and appearance of the property and equipment of SkyCity Hamilton.

As part of this you will:

- Plan and priories your own workload
- Be proactive and responsive to Health and Safety issues onsite.
- Ensure exterior areas of SkyCity Hamilton complex are maintained and clean including windows and glass doors.
- Car park and lift lobbies are maintained and cleaned.
- Keep SkyCity plants and planter boxes maintained.
- Ensure maintenance and cleaning of SkyCity vehicle and report any issues or damages on the vehicle

This is a Part Time opportunity, working 20 hours per week. This role will require Saturday availability.

To be successful in this role, you will also;
- Have previous experience within the cleaning industry and / or a grounds maintenance role.
- Have a mature outlook and be able to plan and prioritise your work
- Be able to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
- Be physically able to undertake the requirements of the position.
- Hold a current NZ drivers licence.
- Be aged 20 years or older due to licencing requirements
