Knife Hands

About the role: Calling all knife hands We are seeking both experienced and keen-to-learn workers to join our salmon processing team in Bluff. We have fixed-term roles available Dec - Feb, but are also on the look out for good people who would fit into our team permanently. These roles are day shift, Monday - Friday, meaning you can still enjoy the long summer evenings and your weekend.

Youll be based on our primary processing line, working in rotation to remove the gills and guts from our world-class salmon. Youll need to be flexible about helping out elsewhere too when its required.

**What you need to be successful in this role**:

- Have previous knife hand experience, or are willing and keen to learn this skill
- Are physically fit and reliable
- Are team players and can work well with others
- Can follow health, safety and quality requirements in the workplace
- Can adapt to change and have an open mindset.
