**About the role**- Welcome arriving guests- Handle guest reservation inquiries- Process payments- Assist guests with information about the Hotel and activities- Day and evening shifts including weekends and holidays

**Skills & experience**- Experience in a similar role is advantageous- Opera PMS knowledge is preferred but not essential- Experience working in a fast paced environment
