Join our high performing Arborist Team in Queenstown. We have an exciting role within our Tree Services Team for an Arborist or Utility Arborist. As a member of the Delta Trees team, you will carry out general Arborist tasks including, vegetation clearance work around power lines during regular scheduled maintenance, or fault operations as well as carry out chargeable arborist work.

**What you need to Succeed**:

- Previous experience/training desirable
- Level 4 Arborist qualification or equivalent or working towards
- A demonstrated Health & Safety focused, ensuring own and others' safety at all times
- Able to work alone or as part of a team
- Good geographical knowledge of the region
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Flexible and reliable
- You will also need a full clean Class 1 driver's license (Class 2 preferred).

**About the role**:

- This is a full-time, permanent role working a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Overtime is paid after 40 hours at a rate of time and a half.
- The wage range for this role is $35.00-$38.00/hour (gross) - dependent upon qualifications and experience.
- This role is primarily based in Queenstown, Central Otago, in the South Island of New Zealand.
