**About the role**

**Located in the heart of Kapiti Coast, you will be working in a peaceful environment with an array of amenities just a short walk away.**
We're looking for a Caregiver to join our Coastal Villas Care Home located in the heart of the Kāpiti Coast. Reporting to the Nurse Manager, you'll be working under the direction of our Registered Nurses providing high standards of care and support to our residents in our Care Home.

We offer $23.00 to $28.53 an hour based on your qualification level as recognized through NZQA, and we will support you to gain, or further your qualification level if required, offering you great career growth opportunities. **This position is working 37.5 hours per week working both am and pms shifts.**

**About you**
We are looking for someone with the right attitude with excellent communication skills and who can work as part of a team to provide a high level of care.
- Careerforce Health and Wellbeing qualification will be advantageous, but not essential
- A good level of fitness
- Previous experience in aged care or working with the elderly is preferred
- Empathy and a love of making a difference in our residents' lives
- Bright, breezy "can do" attitude and a team focus
