**About the role?**

Within this dynamic, friendly, and personable team, your day-to-day duties include, but are not limited to, the below:

- Schedule jobs
- Order parts and manage invoicing authority for this.
- Provide regular updates to the senior management team.
- Run toolbox talks.
- Manage workshop H&S standards.
- Oversee and approve leave requests and timesheets.
- Provide panel beating advice and guidance to junior staff.
- Step in on the tools and get involved in panel beating duties.

This position is ideal for a tradesman with over 5 years of panel-beating experience. While some supervisory experience is preferred, strong people skills are paramount.
