Commercial Cleaners required for a busy cleaning business in Auckland.

Most of the offices usually follow normal cleaning standards. They get a high footfall as compared to homes every day. Thus people bring in a variety of pollutants, dirt, dust, grease and organic material that makes the premises dirty. If not properly maintained, the area becomes unclean and foul-smelling.

Many people who visit offices are potential clients; thus a thorough cleaning of the office is required. Regular cleaning can’t remove tough stains and bad odour. Snap Cleaning is a **commercial cleaning company** that provides the most reliable and affordable cleaning solutions so that your office shines every day.

Our **cleaning services** are customized to meet the diverse requirements of the clients. We are not any **commercial cleaning company**. The **health and safety** of your employees, your customers, and you are our topmost priority. Thus, we use the best cleaning products which are non-toxic and **eco friendly**.

Commercial cleaners clean, dust, scrub, wipe and polish floors, furniture, fixtures and machinery. The also remove any rubbish from the site.

Work locations are commercial, industrial or residential properties, including schools, offices, hospitals, factories, industrial facilities and construction sites.

Suits people who are physically fit and who have a systematic and meticulous approach to tasks.

Commercial Cleaner Skills and Qualifications

Successful commercial cleaners take pride in their work. They see their efforts as important to the clients they serve. It helps to have a strong stomach - being around trash, bathrooms, and the like is often unpleasant. Other important skills for aspiring commercial cleaners to possess include:

Day-to-day
- empty containers, bins and trays; remove rubbish and recyclable material
- operate industrial vacuum cleaners to clean floors, work areas and machines
- remove dust and dirt from ceilings, walls, overhead pipes and fixtures
- strip wax from floors, re-wax and polish floors
- clean and disinfect wet areas and report on defective plumbing fixtures
- remove residues from machines, ships, furnaces, boilers and tanks
- sand-blast building exteriors
- replenish cleaning supplies.

Pay rate: $30.00 to $31.00 per hour
