Experion Care NZ is a growing Age Care operator in NZ. Experion Care currently owns six specialized Residential Care facilities in the North and South Island.

**Okere House** (Experion's Facility) offers high-quality residential, nursing and dementia care in a sociable and welcoming environment we form a partnership with our residents to ensure their independence, privacy, dignity, cultural and religious needs are met as individuals. **About the Roles**:
At Okere House we are looking for:

- Full time Permanent Caregivers (minimum of 32 hours per week)
- Part time Permanent Caregivers (upto 20 hours/week)
- Evening short shift Caregivers (4:00 pm-8:00 pm)
- Casual Caregivers.

**About you**
- Experience preferred but not essential.
- Capable of managing challenging behaviours.
- Good communication and listening skills.
- Must be available for Night Shift, if needed.
- High energy, enthusiasm and a team player.
- Be Flexible and have a reliable transport.
- Be punctual, reliable and honest.

**Key skills required**:

- Dynamic and team player.
- Good communication skills.
- Computer literate.
- You must be empathetic but also firm and resilient.
- Be able to engage with family and be culturally sensitive.
- All applicants must have a valid work visa, New Zealand Citizenship or Permanent Residency
