Specialising in Oral Surgery, Wisdom Teeth, Dental Implants, Oral Hygiene and CBCT Radiography, Broadway Specialists Centre are the only specialist centre for these services in the West Coast North Island Region. The practice is modern and comfortable, and they pride themselves on developing great relationships with their patients and care about their experience, health, and wellbeing.

An exciting opportunity is available to join the clinical team as a Surgical Assistant on a full-time basis. This role is covering parental leave for a period of 12 months. You will provide a high level of professionalism and clinical expertise and be capable of assisting in all clinical procedures. We are looking for someone who will build a positive rapport with patients and clinicians and contribute to the professional and positive team environment.

What we are looking for in you:
Exceptional patient care skills
- At least 2 years of experience in dental assisting
- Ideally experience in extractions and implants
- Working knowledge of referral-based software
- NZDA Certificate in Assisting
- IV Sedation NZSSD/NZDA
- NZRC Core Certificate (within the last 2 years)
- A high level of initiative and motivation

This is an opportunity to constantly upskill and develop as a professional. Gain experience working with a variety of responsibilities within the surgical dental field.
