If successful you will be responsible for assisting the Department Manager in maximising sales and achieving specified profit margins whilst managing expenses, stock levels and the Department Team so that our customers receive an outstanding shopping experience.

This role will ideally suit a current Bakery 2IC or supervisor or a senior team member in a Bakery department.

**Qualifications and experience**:
**ESSENTIAL**
- Bakery, food retail or FMCG experience
- Physically fit and able to fulfil the requirements of the role

**DESIRED**
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Good basic math skills
- Bakery qualification
- Unit standards 497, 167 and 167
- Supervisory experience
- SAP experience

Role is full time: 40 hours a week

Pay rate range will be $25-$35/hr based on experience
