You’ll:

- Be reliable - on time every time
- Have some job experience - whether that’s labouring experience, farming, plumbing, or holiday jobs
- Be good with your hands - you know how to use tools
- Have your driver’s license (Restricted or Full) with reliable transport to get to work
- Have a clean criminal record
- Be able to pass pre-employment drug and alcohol tests
- Be a NZ permanent resident or citizen
