Join a nationwide Financial Planning firm in their Paraplanning team in Auckland, assisting advisers with their client portfolios.

**Your day to day in the role**:

- Generate Statements of Advice in timely manner.
- Review fact finds, need analysis as provided by advisers and prepare statement of advice for presentation to advisers.
- Prepare discussion documents and review documents including product and market comparisons.
- Complete research needed to support recommendations being made.
- Gather further information and clarity on the recommendations being made from the Advisers and Insurers.
- Submit signed letters of authority to providers and obtain information for input into the CRM.
- Create file notes in CRM and ensure all documentation is filed in the system.
- Create interdepartmental cases if required.
- Attend fortnightly insurance and investment meetings with advisers.
- Assist in the preparation and updating of compliance documents for Advisers.
