Welcome to Café Malt and Co, found in the heart of DB Breweries. This is a full-time position working Monday - Friday (6:30am - 3:00pm) allowing for weekends to be spent with family and friends. Added bonus - only a 5-minute walk to public transport and a car park if you drive to work.

We are looking for a café superstar who understands people and knows what great service looks like. Knowledge in how to make exceptional barista style coffees is definitely an advantage here.

In this role you will be actively involved in all aspects of the café including front of house, barista duties and assisting the Chef Manager in the kitchen with prep work. Use your creative flair to help build an inviting cabinet and display food for functions. Be involved in the cleaning and dish duties to make sure the café and kitchen are kept clean and hazard free.

To be successful we are looking for an individual who is cool under pressure and can:

- serve beautifully crafted café style food to customers,
- make stunning coffees,
- operate Eftpos and POS machine with a smile,
- assist with food preparation and cleaning,
- understand a basic level of computer literacy
- work hard as a reliable and loyal team player who can stay cool under pressure,
- utilise great communication skills and a can-do attitude,
- enjoy working with customers and keep them coming back for more.
