About the Client: Our client is a prominent membership-based organization dedicated to supporting businesses in the hospitality sector. Restaurants and food venues are able to receive all the support required from staff training, contracts, legal/ ER/ OHS advice and even budgeting and customer attraction. (Huge value proposition). The Role: As a Membership Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for acquiring and retaining members for the association in the Auckland region. You will play a crucial role in assisting businesses in the hospitality industry by providing support, resources, and networking opportunities. With a focus on sales, account management, and event coordination, this role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact while enjoying an uncapped commission potential.

Key Responsibilities:

- Actively network, acquire new members to the association, meeting monthly targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing members, providing support and assistance as needed.
- Coordinate member events and networking opportunities in designated areas.
- Generate initiatives to encourage new membership and engagement.
- Represent the association at industry events and functions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent pre
- and post-sales service.
- Provide valuable feedback to management to enhance member experience and drive growth.

**Requirements**:

- A passion for sales and a proven track record of exceeding targets. (B2B desirable)
- Proven track record with telesales/ face to face sales or a mix of both.
- Empathetic persona with a calm demeanour, allowing you to connect with business owners of all levels and backgrounds.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage your time effectively.
- Empathy and understanding of the challenges faced by businesses in the hospitality industry.
- Previous experience in sales, recruitment, or the hospitality sector is desirable but not essential.
