Retail Supervisor

As a leading food and grocery store, Oasis Fresh n More offers a wide range of high-quality products to meet the diverse needs of our valued customers. We are looking for a Retail Supervisor for our store who will perform the below-mentioned duties:

- Greet customers and make them feel welcome
- Determining customer requirements and advising on product range to sell the products.
- Implement best practices to increase sales and profitability.
- Maintain shelf allotment and shelf tagging and ensure the products are placed in the right place with appropriate labels.
- Dispose of empty cartons and maintain the facility clean, safe and organized.
- Assisting with the ongoing management of stock such as product inventories and participating in stocktakes.
- To safely unload and receive inward goods
- To verify and check goods match documentation.
- To fill grocery shelves and displays as required
- To re-stack and organise stock within the storage area
- Keeping the store clean and tidy.
- Managing the overseeing the performance of the Retail Assistants to ensure high quality customer service.
- Other reasonable duties as assigned by the manager

You will be required to work for **minimum of 30 hours per week**.

**Other Requirements**:

- Physcially fit, and able to stand for long hours
- Relevant work experience is highly preferred
- Available to work on weekends
- Determined and a fast learner

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Rotating roster
- Shift work
- Weekend availability
