The role involves working on various contracts, including concussion, pain management, psychology services, training for independence, and the escalated care pathway. As the Senior Psychologist, you will engage with a diverse range of clients, addressing issues such as persistent pain, adjustment to physical injury, anxiety, low mood, trauma, and relationship difficulties.

**Key Tasks**:

- Triaging referrals
- Acting as a team leader for psychologists
- Mentoring and training
- Conducting thorough assessments with sound clinical reasoning
- Providing evidence-based psychological input
- Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team
- Ensuring timely completion of clinical reports and referrer letters

**Desired Skills and Experience**:

- Three years of experience in Clinical Psychology
- Bachelor's qualification in Psychology
- Full registration with the New Zealand Psychologists Board as a Clinical Psychologist
- Current Annual Practicing Certificate, Professional Body Membership, and Indemnity Insurance
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well in a multidisciplinary team
- Compassion, respect for diversity, and strong ethical values
- Highly organised with efficient time-management skills
- Excellent written communication skills
