**About the role**
We are seeking a Territory Manager for the Bay of Plenty region, based out of our Tauranga operation. Reporting to the National Sales and Marketing Manager, the prime function of this role is to use your proven sales process to retain, develop and grow business with the region’s key generators of recycled fibre. Utilise your proactive business acumen and face to face customer rapport and relationship skills to support our key drivers to reduce costs and improve financial returns.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Build and maintain customer relationships.
- Ensure all paperwork, contracts and agreements meet the Company’s expectations.
- Manage allocated territory accordingly to ensure adequate call frequency to all clients.
- Provide the National Sales Manager with strategic direction from local market intel.
**Skills & experience**
- Have sales background and skills, ideally with some logistics experience.
- Ability to work independently but also as part of a wider Team.
- Provide outstanding customer services to external & internal clients.
- Good time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and work to deadlines.
- Bring a positive, upbeat attitude and a drive to succeed.
- Ability to think on your feet and problem solve.
- Hold a current NZ drivers’ licence.
