Working as part of the Business Capability team you will be responsible for delivering training that meets the needs of SDO Branch. The work can be varied with a focus on customer service, policy, procedures and processing, training new and existing kaimahi in the use of departments operating systems.

**You will**:
Be able to deliver technical information in a way that engages the learner.

Be proficient in facilitating group activities and discussions with previous training delivery or teaching experience with a willingness to further develop your knowledge as a facilitator.

Be quick to pick up new technology, systems and processes.

Have an understanding of adult learning principles and an ability to adjust your delivery to groups and individual learner needs.

Be willing to engage in the work to broaden own knowledge and understanding.

Be comfortable working under pressure and engaging in activities that stretch your comfort zone.
