**THE ROLE**:
**As a Night Manager at Movenpick Wellington, you will lead and supervise the Front Office Department's operational functions throughout the night.**

Your primary responsibility will be ensuring the safety and security of guests, staff, and the property during your shift. With your strong leadership skills and attention to detail, you will maintain a seamless guest experience, handling any guest inquiries or issues that may arise. As the Night Manager, you will be a vital point of contact for guests during non-traditional hours, providing exceptional customer service and resolving any concerns promptly.

**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE**:

- LCQ (License Controller Qualification): The Night Manager at Movenpick Wellington must possess a valid LCQ certification, demonstrating knowledge of New Zealand's liquor licensing laws and responsible service of alcohol.
- Full Driver's License: The Night Manager should have a full and valid driver's license to be able to fulfill responsibilities that may involve transportation or emergencies.
- 1-2 Years Front Office Experience: Prospective applicants should have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in front office operations, displaying expertise in guest service, check-in/out procedures, and conflict resolution.
