*ABOUT THE ROLE

We are on the lookout for a talented Business Lead for our JADE Platform line of business. A Business Leader at Jade is passionate about technology and helping companies build innovative, customer-centric products and services. Focusing on our core Jade Platform software, this role will be accountable for planning and achieving strategic goals and growth, whilst maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction for existing customers and users.

As part of the product and marketing team at Jade you will be responsible for setting product vision and strategy, using product management best practice to discover and deliver on customer needs and working alongside our delivery teams to create new features and software for their business.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing, owning, and championing the product roadmap for the Jade Platform and the opportunity to support customers through associated services and offerings. To achieve this, you will work closely with key partners and customers, collaborate with stakeholders, our marketing, customer (sales), and development teams, and senior leadership; therefore, effective communication and relationship building skills are critical to succeeding in this role.

Key responsibilities include:

- Facilitate the definition and achievement of key product and business strategies and outcomes
- Deeply understand the needs and jobs-to-be-done of our current and future customers
- Manage a product roadmap
- Manage and grow relevant partnerships at a customer level
- Prepare and present product information, including performance and progress of product initiatives against strategy, to stakeholders and broader business

*ABOUT YOU

- A relevant tertiary qualification with at least 5 years’ experience in a product owner, programme, or general management role.
- Passion for delivering results.
- Experience using marketing automation, CRM tools, and social platforms and analytics tools.
- Ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively throughout the business.
- Creative and innovative mindset.
- Ability to have fun at work.
- Be ambitious and results driven, resilient and flexible
