**Currently we are after a new Team Leader to lead our incredible Paint & Flooring Team**

This role is Full-Time working **Sunday - Wednesday**, offering 40 hours a week across 4 days - a **long weekend, every weekend**

**What you can expect to do in this role**:

- Leading a Team of 10 to success (a 2IC and 9 Team Members)
- Proficiently use technology such as Microsoft Office Suite and be willing to learn our Roster and Learning System
- Working with a ‘**One Team**’ approach and providing friendly and helpful service to our customers
- Mastering the knowledge of all things Renovation - Paint & Flooring
- Merchandising shelves and ensuring that all stock is put away
- Willing to get stuck in and get it done - even if its busy

**What we need from you**:

- ** Proven** previous experience leading a team to success and meeting targets.
- 2IC's wanting a new challenge will be considered.
- Previous Paint, Flooring and Decorating experience is an advantage
- ** A genuine passion for customer service**:

- Ability to work in a team with an **'honest & fair'** mindset
- Ability to keep up with the physical demands of the role - Heavy lifting is expected.
