**About the Team**:
You will be working in the Client Services team as a Software Engineer supporting a financial software product with a global customer base. The FIS Asset Finance product is a corporate leasing solution based in Microsoft.Net Technology and is used by significant global clients. Our environment is flexible and collaborative allowing for a hybrid work model that allows you to work from home or the office or a mixture of the two.

**What you will be doing**:
This is a fantastic client focused role offering loads of variety - no two days will be the same Our team:

- ** Writes robust code that adheres to defined standards and raises the bar with respect to quality.**:

- ** Utilises software engineering practices, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management and build processes.**:

- ** Works as part of multi-disciplined team across 4 development centers - Christchurch, Bangalore, Belgrade and Bangkok - in providing solutions to client issues.**:
**What you bring**:

- ** C#/.Net development experience in a software development role within a commercial software environment.**:

- ** Someone who enjoys tackling challenges, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.**:

- ** Ability to translate technical concepts into client-friendly explanations.**:

- ** Results-oriented, flexible, and able to contribute and succeed within a friendly and collaborative environment, helping the wider team provide a thorough and successful result.**:

- ** Comfortable working within an existing code base and utilising existing collaborative tools.**:

- ** You are tenacious; rarely giving up until you have reached a logical and useful solution.**:
**Ideally you will have experience in many of these areas**:

- ** Identifying and solving issues in unfamiliar code.**:

- ** Relational database experience E.g., SQL Server or Oracle**:

- ** Knowledge of web technologies, frameworks (ASP.Net, TypeScript, Knockout, SPA, MVVM) and APIs and how to trouble shoot them.**:
