Are you a

**About the role**:
The project is
**based in Dunedin **where you will be working Full time hours
**Monday to Friday**, the project is set to have plenty of ongoing work. Working on a
** commercial construction site, **you will be driving a
**20 - 50 ton crawler crane**, other tasks you may find yourself doing will be**:

- Checking the crane's air, water, oil, fuel and it's lifting equipment
- Setting the crane up ensuring it is safe and secure
- Help communicate a lifting plan allocating these instructions to the team
- follow communications from team on the ground while lifting loads and placing them in the required positions
- Not afraid to put in some labouring work when the team needs a hand

**About you**:
Apart from having a great work ethic, proven reliability, you will have stellar communication skills, patience and have a solid understanding of Health and safety protocols. Other characteristics and skills you will have are:

- Experience operating a 20 - 50-ton crawler crane
- **HOLD** a NZ certificate in Cranes Level 3 and 4 & valid heavy vehicle licencing
- **Valid Site Safe**:

- Have your own transport

**What we can offer**:

- $30-35/hr dependent on experience and qualification
- Weekly pay
- September start + full time hours
- Please note_ - It is a requirement that potential employees will need to obtain a clean drug and alcohol test and undergo a Ministry of Justice Check before commencing work with Trade Assist.
