Head Housekeeper

The Hamilton City Holiday Park is looking for a Head Housekeeper to join their ranks. With over 20 cabins within the park, that lies next to the city centre, Hamilton’s only Holiday Park is ideally situated to see the best of what the mighty Waikato region has to offer. Because of this we see an abundant of guests visit year round, creating a busy atmosphere and a large turnover.

Reporting to the General Park Managers you will be solely responsible for the overall function of housekeeping. This will include, but not limited to
- Cleaning and Room Inspections
- Laundry
- Stock ordering
- Staff Training and Recruitment
- Reporting of maintenance issues

The role includes rostered shifts and with immediate starts. Shifts are varied around business needs, which will include weekends - we are Monday to Sunday business so the applicant will need to be able to work shifts within these days.

This is an extremely hands on and people oriented role, where your strong leadership skills will be put to the test to ensure the parks goal of delivery a fantastic customer experience is achieved.
