Line Mechanic

As a Line Mechanic, you will join our Lines team, to provide services to WEL’s overhead network including repairs, maintenance and construction.
**Responsibilities**
- Maintain 400V, 11,000V and 33,000V overhead lines and underground cables
- Construct new electrical reticulation in accordance with regulations, standards and policies
- Fault find and reactively repair network outages
- Participate in our on-call faults roster and work unscheduled overtime when required
**Skills and experience**
- An uncompromising commitment to workplace safety
- Current line mechanic registration
- Electricity distribution industry knowledge and experience
- Basic computer skills
