We are seeking an experienced Quality Practitioner to support Adult Mental Health Services in the North and Rodney districts. Based within the leadership team of Adult Mental Health Services North and Rodney this role will also work with clinical teams and management from Whītiki Maurea (Māori Mental Health and Addictions) and Takanga a Fohe (Pasifika Mental Health and Addictions) to support them to deliver great care experiences and equitable health outcomes.

You will be supported by a strong skilled team of clinical and operational leaders as a member of the senior leadership team.

You will bring excellent relationship skills, excellent oral and written communication skills (including monthly reporting) and a familiarity with quality and clinical processes and clinical outcomes. You will have a tertiary qualification in quality or in health with a minimum of five years’ sector experience including recent clinical experience, or lived experience as a user of mental health or addictions services.
