The Government Communications Security Bureau (GCSB) is currently looking for a highly-motivated people leader to be their Manager Infrastructure within the Intelligence Directorate.
As Manager Infrastructure you will lead and motivate a team of technical staff responsible for the design, delivery sustainment of Infrastructure to support intelligence collection.

**For success in this role, you will bring**:

- Experience and a proven ability to lead, motivate and shape a highly performing technical team, ideally in a related intelligence or technology field;
- Strong service delivery ethos, and an ability to prioritise and juggle competing customer needs;
- Experience in Enterprise Infrastructure related roles or related experience;
- The ability to build and grow relationships with staff and colleagues, senior management at GCSB, the wider government, and international partners; and
- A broad understanding of New Zealand's regional and global interests, and the role intelligence plays.

You will have proven relationship building skills, a strong focus on fostering a culture of excellence and a willingness to engage constructively across the sector and with partners.

To be eligible for employment within the NZIC you must have been a NZ citizen for at least 10 years. Alternatively you must hold a current NZ Residency Class Visa and ideally have been a citizen of UK, USA, Canada or Australia for at least 10 years.
