**The opportunity**
We are seeking a trade qualified and motivated Foreperson with proven site experience and supervision of trade teams. We are also looking for someone who has experience in delivering commercial projects for a main contractor with the ability to manage projects of varying complexity and size.
Entry level digital technology experience aligned to the construction industry would be an advantage but not essential, training on Naylor Love's digital systems will be provided.
Your role as Foreperson will involve supervision and coordination of site personnel and sub-contractors and working with the project team to ensure that projects are constructed safely, on time, and to budget.
As a person, you will work well within a team, have a supportive leadership style, personal drive, and take personal ownership for your results. You will be a competent carpenter with the ability to spot problems and resolve them in the most efficient manner possible. You will ensure that health and safety procedures are never compromised, and the company's processes are adhered to. You will have a willingness to tackle new challenges and expand your skills along the way.
