You will be expected to work autonomously, manage a caseload effectively and within a timely manner, have a proactive approach to your work, be a nimble learner and keep up-to-date with changes in the legislation, and adhere to deadlines. You will also contribute to a high-performing team and actively take part in team quality and review processes.

**Skills and Experience Required**
- Must have excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise your workload effective to achieve individual and team performance measures
- A strong interest in, and/or study towards, developing a career in employment relations
- Ability to use strong analytical and critical thinking skills to make effective and sound decisions
- A flexible in approach to problem solving
- Demonstrate proficient questioning skills to understand employees and employers circumstances to identify underlying issues.
