**The Role**

We are on the lookout for a Reliability Engineer to join our team and you can be based in Dunsandel. You will have a key focus on identifying and managing asset reliability risks that could have an impact to the operations as well allowing for cost effective maintenance. This is an exciting opportunity to make an impact on our 10 year asset plan. This role will assist with preventative maintenance activities to ensure we are doing the right work on the right asset at the right time.

The main responsibilities of this role include.
- Maximise equipment availability, extend equipment life and enable cost effective maintenance strategies.
- Accountable for managing risk in relation to the strategic objectives of health and safety, asset capability, quality, and production.
- Implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving peoples mind sets towards, systems, processes, and equipment strategies to deliver optimal asset performance and manufacturing objectives.
- Support maintenance & project managers by continuously working on eliminating equipment and component failures that cause losses.
- Support the design, installation, and commissioning of new assets to maximise life cycle costs on capital projects.
- Ensure that the preventative maintenance schedules and documentation are incorporated into the EAM “system-generated” maintenance function.

We are ideally looking for switched on engineers with experience in a similar role. You will have a keen eye for continuous improvement and strong problem solving.

**Qualifications, Skills and Experience**

To be considered for this role will require
- Minimum of Bachelors degree in an Engineering discipline
- Experience working with reliability methodologies such as Reliability Centred Maintenance (RCM) failure mode & effects Criticality Analysis (FMECA) is preferable.
- Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment (food or dairy) is beneficial.
- Build and maintains productive working relationships, even in difficult situations.
- Excellent coaching and consulting approach is a must in this role.

You will also have the ability to make prompt and clear decisions, take responsibility for projects and have the right skills to build strong relationships.
