We are looking for patient focused Dispensary Technician to join our team at our new Chemist Warehouse New Zealand Pharmacy in Ormiston. Our new pharmacy will be located in the bustling Ormiston Town Centre, located near public transport hubs and amazing food establishments.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, aspiring and customer focused Dispensary Assistant to join our ever growing and well-loved family business. In this fast paced, multifaceted role, you are required to perform tasks under Pharmacist supervision and work as a team to grow and establish Chemist Warehouse Ormiston.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers with their prescription and general enquiries- Assist Pharmacists in dispensing medications- Counselling customers about medications- Dispensary stock management and replenishment- Updating customer files and other administrative tasks**Skills**:

- Dedicated work ethic and a strong team player- Excellent verbal & written communication skills- Exceptional customer service skills- Experience working in the dispensary- Strong eye for detail and accuracy- Strong interpersonal, organisational and problem-solving skills**Certifications**:

- Dispensary Assistant Qualification as a minimum**Physical Requirements**:

- Repeat the same movements- Stand for long periods of time- Use hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or controls
