Emergent Limited is looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our energetic and fast paced office We are a super collaborative team and love celebrating success both in and out of the office.

You don't need to have worked within a recruitment role before - although that would be advantageous We are open to an admin that has an interest in getting involved in HR or Recruitment and loves working in a fast paced environment.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Contract preparation
- Employment referencing
- CV & phone screening
- Database management
- Quality assurance and compliance for the wider team
- Taking ownership of all our office events from morning teas, birthdays, expos & more
- General admin tasks as required

**You’ll need**:

- Previous administration or customer service experience in a fast-paced, high volume environment
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- The ability to work to deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy when working with volume
