**What you'll do**:
**Customer**:

- Deliver internal & external customer satisfaction by achieving or exceeding business SLA targets for productivity, accuracy & timely delivery

**Operational**:

- Follow set processes and workflow models to maintain maximum Repair Center productivity & accuracy
- Lead the Test & Clean team to perform test diagnostics on all incoming devices, cleaning and refurbishing all devices
- Lead the Repair Team to diagnose and locate circuit, component and equipment faults, and repair terminals in conjunction with the Repair Centre Team. Allocate work flows in an effective and productive manner.
- Manage staff on a day-to-day basis.
- Assist with Daily, Weekly and Monthly reporting to both Internal and External Customers as required.
- Assist with Daily ordering of required parts requirements.
- Assist with Monthly Terminal and Parts Forecasting requirements.
- Assist with Accurate and timely Software and Key loading activities as required
- Timely internal and external dispatch of all outgoing product within specified agreed SLA targets
- Manage and administer all Training requirements for the Repair Center Team. Ensure all Team members are trained to the highest level.
- Become an AMDOCS expert, ensuring we retain the highest level of expertise.
- Appropriate, professional and timely communication in regard to the dispatch of product with the appropriate internal customer
- Participate and contribute fully in all Team and Company meetings with the aim to maintain and improve the efficiency of the Repair Center Team.

- Conduct all duties and processes to ensure financial risk and/or losses are mínimal
- Identify improvement opportunities

**People**:

- Commitment to personal development, ongoing learning and coaching to achieve well balanced mix of product, technical and soft skills
- Build and maintain positive collaborative relationships with all business stakeholders

**What qualifications will you need to be successful?**:
**Knowledge and Experience**:

- Understanding of the Payments Solutions industry (preferable)
- Experience working in a warehousing/logistics environment
- Recent experience in a customer service delivery role
- Active interest in technology

**Skills/Abilities**:

- Well-developed inter-personal & communication skills
- Excellent level of literacy & numeracy skills
- Intermediate computer skills, including MS Outlook and MS Excel
- Previous exposure to Repair of electrical devices (advantageous)
- Methodical, logical & solutions-based approach, accuracy and an eye for detail
- Team player with a strong sense of integrity
