Quality Technician Role + Innovative environment

**The Role**
Due to expansion, we are seeking a Quality Technician to join our small, professional and engaged team at our state of the art Pokeno site.
Reporting to the Quality Lead your responsibilities will include
- Inspection of new materials to ensure they are correct and suitable
- Ensuring production activity is conducted to the highest standards and quality
- Ensuring in-line testing is completed to the required standard and frequency
- Carry out the testing to validate the cleaning effectiveness.
- Verifying and checking the pre-start and line clearance activities are performed according to standard.
This role will suit an innovative team player who has the highest attention to detail, is organised and able to communicate in a fast-paced agile environment.
**Skills and Experience**
Please be advised this is rostered role ; 2 days on, 2 nights on, 4 days off so you will need to be able to follow this roster pattern
To be considered for this position will require
- Previous food/dairy manufacturing experience
- Basic food safety and food quality knowledge from employment and/or education
- The ability to work at pace in a team based commercial environment.
- Pride in your work & a true quality ethos
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills up and down a company structure.
