Our client provides a unique opportunity for an individual to play a critical role in a large transformation, affecting all areas of the organisation. This position, based in Rangiora, is not just a job; it's a chance to significantly impact the organisation's future. The role is a fixed-term contract for 18 months, offering 32 hours of work per week, with the potential for more hours depending on project needs. The focus is on supporting their transition to a new solution, a project that touches nearly every part of the organisation.

**What you will do**:
**Skills and experience we are looking for**:

- Minimum of 5 years' experience in business analysis and process mapping.
- Bachelor’s degree or formal tertiary qualification in business, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proficiency with Nintex Process Manager (Promapp) is essential.
- Familiarity with PRINCE2 and Agile methodologies is beneficial.
- Proven ability to facilitate engaging workshops.
- Good technical curiosity and great attention to detail.
- The ability to work well with a wide range of stakeholders.
