**About you**:

- The ability to lead, inspire and develop a team.
- Committed to maintaining Food Safety initiatives.
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- You will also display high presentation standards, honesty and an excellent work ethic.

**About the role**:
If successful, you will be responsible for supporting the Department and all aspects of planning and coordinating of day-to-day operations in the department. This will include ensuring staff are well trained to provide the best overall shopping experience for their customers.

This role is no walk in the park - it is fast-paced, intense and detailed. Being able to adhere to Food Safety standards is one of the most important aspects of the role.

**This role is 45 hours per week and will include weekend work.**
