**About the Role**:

- You will be part of a dynamic team of up to 14, working closely with a fantastic Store Manager to provide support and guidance
- You will have the opportunity to take on a variety of tasks, from operational planning and budgeting to customer service and staff management
- Monitor store & staff performance and take corrective action where necessary
- Develop strategies to increase sales and profitability in line with company objectives
- Analyse data to identify trends and areas for improvement within the store
- This ASM role is based at their gorgeous Milford branch

- Proven experience in retail management and a love of fashion & styling
- Passion to lead, motivate and develop a high-performing team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workloads
- Good problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet, working well under pressure
- A track record of achieving financial targets and KPIs
