Commercial Cleaners required for a busy cleaning business in Auckland.

Many people who visit offices are potential clients; thus a thorough cleaning of the office is required. Regular cleaning can’t remove tough stains and bad odour. Commercial cleaners clean, dust, scrub, wipe and polish floors, furniture, fixtures and machinery. The also remove any rubbish from the site.

Work locations are commercial, industrial or residential properties, including schools, offices, hospitals, factories, industrial facilities and construction sites.

Day-to-day
- empty containers, bins and trays; remove rubbish and recyclable material
- operate industrial vacuum cleaners to clean floors, work areas and machines
- remove dust and dirt from ceilings, walls, overhead pipes and fixtures
- strip wax from floors, re-wax and polish floors
- clean and disinfect wet areas and report on defective plumbing fixtures
- remove residues from machines, ships, furnaces, boilers and tanks
- sand-blast building exteriors
- replenish cleaning supplies.

Pay Rate: $29.00- $31.00 Per Hour
