**RESTAURANT MANAGER**

The Ottoman prides itself on being the tastiest Turkish restaurant in Rangiora with a relaxed ambience and a great culinary experience in Mediterranean and Turkish cuisine. Our restaurant is open 7 days a week, from 10.30 am to 8.45 pm. We have a capacity of around 60 seating patrons, takeaways and deliveries on top of that.

We are looking to employ a restaurant manager to join our hardworking team. You will be responsible for the smooth running of the business in the restaurant, including planning and organising functions, taking reservations, acting as a Duty Manager, budgeting, working with suppliers, purchasing and pricing goods, keeping documentation and records of stock, ensuring that the restaurant complies with health and safety regulations, working towards customer satisfaction.

You would have
- At least 1 year of work experience in a similar position and completion of a Level 7 or higher degree in business (sales, marketing) or hospitality
- Punctual, organised & capable of multi-tasking with attention to detail.
- Experience with health & safety laws and keeping records for quality control.
- Able to work holidays, evenings and weekends. You will be rostered.
- New Zealand resident or citizen

- Minimum of 35 hours/week guaranteed
- Pay rate: min $29.66/h to $31/h
