Media Specialist

We are seeking for one qualified and reliable Multiple Media Coordinator to join our team.

You will be paid an hourly rate of $29.66-$30.00 depending on your experience and skill level.

You will be working in Manapouri. This role will be a permanent, full time position and will be guaranteed 30 hours of work per week from Monday to Friday but can be up to 45 hours weekly.

Paid weekly, 4 weeks annual leave, Statutory holidays, Sick and bereavement leave. Opportunities to upskill.

**Responsibilities and Accountabilities**

***The project coordinator will work closely with management and other teams to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources, timeframes and budgets for projects and programmes. He/She will perform various coordinating tasks, like schedule and risk management, along with administrative duties, like maintaining project and programme documentation and handling financial queries.
- Liaise with managers and clients to define project requirements, scopes, and objectives that align with business goals
- Coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring that projects remain within scope, schedule, and budget
- Analyse project progress and, when necessary, adapt scope or timeline to achieve optimal results
- Achieve organizational goals while adhering to standards and best practices
- Ensure that all aspects of a project are organized and in conformance with timeline and deliverables requirement
- Develop and maintain project performance database that tracks overall progress and achievement of milestones
- Assign and monitor resources effectively to boost project efficiency and maximize deliverables output
- Report project risks and outcomes to appropriate management channels, and escalate issues according to project work plan
- Deepen partnerships with outside resources
- Tertiary degree in business administration or in management, facility management, or a similar field is preferred.
