- We are seeking an experienced Panel Beater to join our Fleet and Maintenance Team. You will be responsible for the repair and presentation of our fleet of buses and trailers.

**Your role**
- You will contribute to our operational and environmental performance as well as to our safety, quality, and deadline engagements. Such as
- Fabricate section and repair metal bus bodies and trailers, using hand tools and power tools.
- Accident repair, refurbishment of fleet, painting new and repaired parts and interior.
- Ensuring bus presentation meets Mana's vehicle presentation standards.
- Ensure that the quality of work complies with defined procedures and delivers outcomes consistent with the business plan objectives.
- Ensure that any bus body repair undertaken by third parties has a defined work scope, review inspect and authorize any work undertaken.

**Your profile**
- Trade Certificate in Vehicle Body Builder
- Proven experience in repairs, fabrication and modifications to heavy vehicles
- Current MR or higher
- Computer literate with the ability to record accurate maintain information.
- Capable of supervising and assisting to train apprentices and trade assistants.
- Senior First Aid certificate (desirable)
- Forklift license (desirable)
- Experience in bus maintenance and public transport operations (desirable)
