Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our team. **Responsibilities**:
Perform high-quality massage therapy services based on clients' individual needs and preferences.

Conduct client assessments to determine the most appropriate massage techniques and treatment plans.

Create a welcoming and comfortable environment to ensure a positive client experience.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including treatment notes and client information.

Educate clients about the benefits of regular massage therapy and recommend personalized treatment plans.

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as chiropractors and physical therapists, as needed to provide comprehensive care for clients.

Stay informed about current industry trends and continuing education to enhance your skills.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including sanitizing equipment and supplies between clients.

Adhere to all local, state, and national regulations and licensing requirements for massage therapy.

Provide excellent customer service and address any client concerns or feedback professionally.

Qualifications:
State licensure and certification as a Massage Therapist.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in various massage techniques, including but not limited to Swedish, deep tissue, sports, and hot stone massages.

Strong understanding of human anatomy and physiology.

A passion for promoting health and well-being through therapeutic touch.

Professional liability insurance.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Punctuality and reliability.

Previous experience in a spa or wellness center is a plus.
