Using your proven leadership and mentoring skills, you’ll provide your people with clear guidance, support and you’ll ensure all work is completed to the satisfaction of our customers that includes various Downer departments and external clients.

Bringing all TTM aspects together under one banner to ensure we deliver for our customers and sustain profitable growth. This is a chance to make your mark and challenge the ‘status quo’.

Day to day responsibilities include:

- Management of employees including recruitment, training and wellbeing.
- Managing the allocation of plant, technology and resources to maximise utilisation whilst reducing spend.
- Promoting strong collaborative customer relationships through positive interactions and value-add activities.
- Ensuring sound financial and business practices are applied to all Traffic Management services.
