**About the role**
We're looking for casual village staff to join our awesome teams supporting with the general day to day running of the villages in our modern Village and Care Homes. These roles are ideal if you want some work over the holiday period, want some extra money without the permanent hours or want to have a go at a different role earning while you learn This could be great for someone located or easily accessible to the area by car or public transport.

We have 2 Villages in Christchurch - The Village Palms in Shirley and Merivale in St Albans. We are looking for casual employees that can work in either or both to support our fabulous teams

We have casual village opportunities including:

- Cleaner
- Night Porter
- Duty Manager
- Reception
- Maintenance / Garden Support

Your duties and responsibilities will differ depending on what role you move into (you can be involved in more than one) however, some things will be similar across the board:

- Providing a safe environment to the residents
- People facing with great communication skills
- Ensuring high standards of cleanliness are maintained
- Ensuring all heath guidelines are followed
- Treating residents with dignity and respect

**About you**
- Good level of fitness to support in a busy environment
- Previous experience is highly beneficial in whichever role you are interested in
- Relevant certifications, as appropriate i.e., Hygiene & Food Handling, First Aid
- Have impeccable personal presentation
- Bright, breezy "can do" attitude and a team focus
