Based in Mangere - Airport Oaks, our Client is a young dynamic company servicing the Australasian market with unique and niche products to the four Key Healthcare market segments - Aged Care, Theatre/Surgical, Hospital, and Pharmacy/IT. They work to maintain a culture of positivity in a supportive environment where we enjoy our work while each progressing on our financial aspirations.
We are looking for a TeleSales Star to carry out assigned Telephone Business Development duties to the specifications and standards required within all appropriate laws and regulations while maintaining a safe environment.

**Requirements**:
**OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Include the following (although other duties may be assigned from time to time):

- To secure new business to the quality the company and its customers require in a timely manner. This includes:

- Following up with potential customers as a result of appointments, proposals, or contacts from conferences.
- Telemarketing of new and existing products to potential and existing customers.
- Reporting to weekly meetings to summarise progress, discuss issues, and brainstorm strategies for maximum market penetration.
- Making appointments for Salespeople to fill their schedule, when required.
- Utilizing Salesforce CRM customer relationship management system to its full potential and as directed by management.
- Utilizing company-approved templates for all correspondence and marketing information.
- Make sure that any paperwork required is completed accurately
- Reporting any equipment faults to management.
- Maintaining general oversight of safety and good practice in the workplace and reporting breaches to management when observed
- Maintaining a clean and tidy workplace
- Any other duties the Employer may reasonably require the Employee to do.

To succeed in this job the individual must be able to carry out all the above duties satisfactorily and have the following:

- Versatile and adaptive. Ability to work accurately and at speed under often-difficult conditions.
- Knowledge of safe working procedures and basic first aid
- Acceptable previous experience and/or qualifications
- Written and spoken English with the ability to read and interpret specifications, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Skills to prepare clear work instructions and job and safety reports in verbal and written form.
- Mathematical skills - Individuals must have sufficient skills to confidently and accurately carry out calculations related to the job including estimating and job costing.
- The individual will maintain a reasonable standard of personal hygiene and appearance appropriate to the recognized health & safety standards of the business. This standard may be changed by the management from time to time.
