**What will you do?**

As an experienced or developing Health and Safety Advisor you will support Woods to embed practical Health and Safety expertise and strong culture into all of our business operations.

The role will
- Support training and inductions.
- Help deliver on a range of reporting requirements to our teams, clients, management, and board.
- Co-ordinate and support health and safety meetings.
- Undertake audits, and procedure reviews.
- Maintain system documentation requirements.
- Help to develop and support our client facing health and safety services.

**Who are you?**

You are a Health and Safety professional with a NEBOSH certificate or equivalent qualification. You understand the importance embedding health and safety expertise and you are happy with the people side of health and safety while promoting practical risk management solutions.

Experience with health and safety management systems would be advantageous.
