- Are motivated, have a proven track record in retail sales/ management, and are accustomed to meeting sales budgets and KPI's;
- Feel confident and at ease communicating with customers and team members;
- Have industry experience or knowledge of the Homewares/ Furniture market;
- Staff management skills, and ability to encourage, motivate and reward;
- Understand the principles of in-store merchandising and product presentation;
- Are organised, and able to manage day to day administrative duties including rostering, sales reporting and store inventory ordering and management;
- Are passionate about building and growing the community; and value being part of a team which strives to build brand loyalty through positive and constructive communication both internally and externally throughout the business.
- Enjoy being part and contributing to a wider team to enable and encourage success in achieving our strategic goals;
The role includes a competitive hourly rate plus monthly sales incentives and staff product discounts.

**Salary**: From $65,000.00 per year
